Rooms can be set as single, twin or double. We also have family rooms. All rooms are either ensuite or private bathrooms.

During low season, we tend to host around 8 guests per week. During high season we tend to host up to 16 guests. Our stays are 7 nights min - unlimited weeks during the season!

Sunday - Friday:
Fuel up for the slopes at breakfast time.
Help yourself to tea/Coffee + Juices, Pastries, Porridge, Bread, a range of Condiments & Yoghurts. Our Chalet host will offer 2 types of eggs made to order in the mornings.
Saturday Departure:
On Friday nights, our hosts will set up your breakfast table ready for the morning. You’re welcome to help yourself to a continental breakfast - please note there are no bakery items or hot options on this day. -
Enjoy unlimited tea and coffee, plus daily sweet treats.

5 x Evening Meals
Enjoy canapés in the lounge, followed by a 2-course meal (main and dessert) prepared by our chalet chef.
Some wine is included with dinner, and you’re very welcome to bring your own drinks too.Notes
We’ve added a kitchenette in the dining area with hobs, an air fryer, and a microwave for self-catering on the team’s evenings off.
We recommend booking restaurants early, especially for larger groups.
Dietary requirements must be shared in advance - we can cater for allergies and intolerances, but aren’t able to prepare separate meals for dislikes. If you’d like to prepare a separate meal, please feel free to make use of your kitchenette.
Our kitchen door is always open, so feel free to pop in and say hello to the team!

We follow our meals with something sweet, all desserts are home-made.

Our private 8-seater minibus provides transport to the ski lifts around Châtel.
For up to 8 guests, we run one shuttle in the morning and one in the afternoon, which we can tailor to suit the majority's preference. For up to 16 there will be 2 shuttles.
If you have your own vehicle, there’s parking at the chalet and the flexibility to drive yourself.
We can also arrange additional taxi services to the slopes for €40 each way (subject to availability).Free local bus services are also available, and the Super Châtel gondola is within walking distance, just at the bottom of our road.

Stays run Saturday–Saturday (7 nights), either exclusive hire or by the room for a shared experience. Shorter stays with late arrivals or early depatures are not a problem, but charged at the weekly rate.

Once booked, you’ll find links on our website for travel, ski hire, and lessons. We also arrange your ski passes in-house and will be in touch before your stay to organise.

Bed Set-Up
All rooms can be set with single beds, or pushed together and set as a double.
Please let us know your sleeping arrangements in advance.
Children
Discounts for children may be applied based on the booking requirements - please get in touch directly to discuss.
Payment & Cancellation
A 50% Deposit is due upfront.
Full payment is due 3 months before arrival.
Single Supplement is 30% [add SINGLE in the promo box at checkout] This discount cannot be applied to exclusive hire.
If booking exclusive hire in Winter for x8 people, the price is based on use of 4 bedrooms. A supplement will apply for extra rooms. For xenophobia 16 people, the price is based on use of all 7 bedrooms.
Cancellations:
50% refund if cancelled 30+ days before check-in.
No refund if cancelled less than 30 days before or for no-shows
House Rules
No smoking inside the property.
Pets could be allowed, upon agreement in advance only.
Quiet hours: 10pm–7am.
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Damage & Security
Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay.
We do not take a security deposit however we like to work with an honesty policy.
Please ensure you lock the chalet behind you.
Use of Property
During the Summers, we run predominantly as an B&B, there is a kitchenette for self catering, plus you can liaise directly with our host Emily should you wish for her to organise a private meals at an extra cost. No transport is included, but can be organised directly at an extra cost. Confirmed based on availability.
During the Winters, our stays run Sat-Sat only and are catered, via an on site chef (see details on site). Our host/driver will also drive you to & from the slopes (included in your price). It us up to you to get to and from your stay with us, we do not include airport transfers.
The property is for short-term holiday use only.
Guests must keep the property clean and respect neighbours
Lift Passes
These are ordered & issued in house to help you skip the queues and head straight to the slopes. Enquire direct and pay on site.
