Bookable on a per-room basis, our stays are perfect for meeting like-minded mountain lovers! Ride together during the day, or debrief your day over canapés, drinks, and dinner in the evening.

5x Evening meals:
Enjoy delicious canapes in our lounge, followed by a 2-course feast made by our wonderful Chef. A Glass of wine or beer included during meal.
Notes:
We’ve added a new kitchenette in the dining area, giving you access to hobs, an air fryer, and a microwave if you’d like to self-cater on the chalet team’s evenings off.
On check-out day, we’ll send you off with a ‘grab & go’ brekkie for your journey!

FACILITIES
COMPLIMENTARY SLOPE SHUTTLES
Our private 8-seater minibus provides transport to the ski lifts around Châtel. We run one shuttle in the morning and one in the afternoon, which we can tailor to suit the majority's preference.
If you have your own vehicle, there’s parking at the chalet and the flexibility to drive yourself. We can also arrange additional taxi services to the slopes for £21.50 / €25 each way.
Free local bus services are also available, and the Super Châtel gondola is within walking distance—just at the bottom of our road.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Bed Set-Up
All rooms can be set with single beds, or pushed together and set as a double.
Please let us know your sleeping arrangements in advance.
Children
Children 15 and under get 15% off; under-5s stay free.
Please book for adults only and email us afterwards to add children and apply discounts.
Payment & Cancellation
A 50% Deposit is due upfront.
Full payment is due 3 months before arrival.
Single Supplement is 40% [please contact direct to book - not possible online]
If booking exclusive hire in Winter, the price is based on 4 bedrooms. A supplement will apply for extra rooms.
Cancellations:
50% refund if cancelled 30+ days before check-in.
No refund if cancelled less than 30 days before or for no-shows
House Rules
No smoking inside the property.
Pets allowed (charge of €20 per pet), upon agreement in advance only. Depends on other guests in Chalet.
Quiet hours: 10pm–7am.
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Damage & Security
Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay.
We do not take a security deposit however we like to work with an honesty policy.
Please ensure you lock the chalet behind you.
Use of Property
During the Summers, we run predominantly as an B&B, there is a kitchenette for self catering, plus you can liaise directly with our host Emily should you wish for her to organise a private meal at an extra cost. No transport is included, but can be organised directly at an extra cost. Confirmed based on availability.
During the Winters, we run as a package holiday. Our stays run Sat-Sat only and are catered (see details on site). We also drive you to & from the slopes (included in your price). It us up to you to get to and from your stay with us, we do not include airport transfers.
The property is for short-term holiday use only.
Guests must keep the property clean and respect neighbours
Lift Passes
These can’t be discounted this year, but we can still supply them to help you skip the queues and head straight to the slopes.

Sunday - Friday:
Daily Morning Drop-offs: 8:30 am and 9:00 am (maximum 8 guests per run)
Daily Afternoon Pick-ups: 4:00 pm and 5 pm (maximum 8 guests per run)
For those staying multiple weeks - we do not offer transport to slopes on Saturday. Please make use of local transport or walk to the Super Chatel bubble at the bottom of our road.

Before dinner: Walk 5 minutes into Chatel town for a drink or wander, or just chill out at the chalet.
After dinner: Head down to the lounge and relax… or hit the bars and live music in Châtel!
